Once we receive your information, we’ll book you in for a free consultation (phone call or Zoom). We’ll be discussing your goals, challenges, past training history, lifestyle, and, motivations in detail to formulate a personalized plan catered to your needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Submit the Par-Q+ & Fitness Assessment Forms

Once we gather the critical information from you, we will start crafting your resistance training, cardiovascular, and & nutrition program

Step 4

Receive your personalized program

Your personalized complete program will be available to you either via email or through our platform, where you can access your training exercises, and nutrition program, view exercise training videos, and have your program modified based on ongoing progress.

Step 5

Weekly Check-ins

Weekly Check-ins: Stay accountable, by checking in with me each week via email or WhatsApp sharing your progress, program adherence, and any challenges, We’ll also schedule Zoom calls as needed throughout the month to ensure motivation levels are reinforced and if any changes needed to be made.
