Submit the Par-Q+ & Fitness Assessment Forms
Once we gather the critical information from you, we will start crafting your resistance training, cardiovascular, and & nutrition program
Receive your personalized program
Your personalized complete program will be available to you either via email or through our platform, where you can access your training exercises, and nutrition program, view exercise training videos, and have your program modified based on ongoing progress.
Weekly Check-ins
Weekly Check-ins: Stay accountable, by checking in with me each week via email or WhatsApp sharing your progress, program adherence, and any challenges, We’ll also schedule Zoom calls as needed throughout the month to ensure motivation levels are reinforced and if any changes needed to be made.

I have began a program plan with Shahrez; a trainer at this location. He is very intelligent when it comes to fitness and has constantly broken down wrong beliefs I had when it came to my old ways of excersing. While formulating a tailored fitness and diet plan that he felt was best for my body. I like the engaging discussions we have related to fitness and how he looked beyond just making sure I had proper form and met my reps. I wish most trainers in Toronto had that level of engagement
